Double Cut Triangle Files
1. The steel file is made of A-grade T12 steel, which is heat-treated first and then sandblasted. The hardness of the file body is above 62 degrees, and the hardness of the handle is less than HRC38 at three-fifths from the beginning;
2. Handle: yellow and black two-color handle, the inner layer of the handle is yellow PVC or PE, and the outer layer is black soft TPR;
3. The size of all steel files is 8 inches;
4. There are four types of steel files: medium-tooth double-grain triangular steel file, medium-tooth double-grain pointed flat steel file, medium-tooth double-grain semi-circular steel file, and medium-tooth double-grain round steel file;
5. The diameter of the medium tooth double grain round steel file is 7mm, for chamfering grinding;
6. The width of the medium-tooth double-grain semi-circular steel file is 20mm, and the height is 5.5mm, for internal arc surface grinding;
7. The width of the medium-toothed double-grain flat steel file is 20mm, and the thickness is 4.5mm, for surface finishing and grinding;
8. The width of the medium tooth double grain triangular steel file is 13mm, same surface for sharpening;
